Class Description

 

Your child can learn magic online…
First we watch some magic, then learn to be magical!
TWO CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE:
For Ages six to nine, and Ages ten to thirteen. With personalized instruction through the computer screen, targeted to your child’s age and ability. We’ll even work with whatever tricks or kit you have already, to make your child a star!

 

Class Requirements

 

No special requirements, except it is best to be seated at a table, with space in front of the computer.

 

Class Supplies

 

A deck of playing cards, some quarters (or half dollars if you have or can find them), some kleenex or other tissuse, a cup of water, some crayons. Also a magic wand (if you have one), plastic straws, pencils, bubble juice, glass beads or marbles.

 

FAQs

Can parents or older siblings watch the workshop?

Absolutely! A parent, older sibling, or friend is always encouraged to work with the student each day on the workshop.

What if my child has a magic kit?

If your child has a magic kit or tricks already, he or she is invited to perform. We’d love to see their performance of the trick!

What background knowledge is necessary?

No special background is necessary, though students with either a theatre arts, martial arts, or music background seem to do well.

What materials do we need for the magic workshop?
