I am a multilingual and multicultural CEO, having led start-up organizations in 4 countries and provided consulting on 4 continents. I am founder of L-evate Global and Humanility, and Managing Partner of Global Partnership For Sustainable Solutions (GPSS) and Indigi Pte Ltd. Through L-evate Global, I have provided organizational development consulting in eleven countries, especially focused on Startups, Organizational Assessment, Change Management involving whole systems, Strategic Planning, Training and Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Executive Coaching. I have coached many CEOs and other leaders in the USA and throughout the world, and my greatest joy is to see them grow as leaders who empower their teams, and watch their companies prosper and make a difference in the world as a result. As managing partner of GPSS, I work to bring responsible companies, institutions, and investors together into emerging markets to create community models for scalable, sustainable, shared value economic solutions in disadvantaged regions of the world, starting with the Philippines. My NGO, Humanility emancipates, educates, and empowers street children and victims of human trafficking.
Hello! This is my story.
I am a multilingual, multicultural CEO, Global Consultant and Executive Coach. I’ve led successful start-up organizations in four countries, and provided effective organization development consulting on four continents. I have also spent three decades developing indigenous leaders and projects throughout the Philippines and former Soviet Union, and founded a nonprofit that rescues and restores street children and victims of human trafficking. I am also a writer and have taught and challenged over a million people in 25 countries through my public speaking.
My Personal Life Mission Statement is: “Using my Creativity and Strategic Mindset, as a Servant Leader, I inspire people to live examined and intentional lives, thus empowering them and their organizations to reach their full potential.” I wake up everyday to live this out, and the people whom I serve are more important than the profit.
