Mindfulness for Kids
Mindfulness for kids is a class to help children learn how to be mindful of their surroundings and to learn how to enjoy the moment. In this class kids will do mindfulness activities that helps them to stay calm and be mindful of their day to day lives and not get upset by life’s ups and downs.
Mindfulness exercises which I will provide.
Paper and pencil, small note book, coloring pencils and coloring book.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the ability for us to be fully present in the moment and be aware of our surroundings and what we are doing and not be overwhelmed by what we’re experiencing around us.
How many Sections or Modules will this class be divided into?
The class will be divided into five sections or Modules.
